Help ID Holley carb

I was cleaning out my garage attic, and came across a carb I used to run on my old Chevelle. I couldn't remember what size it was so I Googled the numbers, and found it listed as a 66 Corvette carb. There was conflicting info on whether it is a service replacement, or if it was a production piece. I was hoping somebody here would know. My 64 doesn't have a Holley so I don't know much about the numbers on them.
The numbers on the air horn are:

LIST - 3367

634

Sounds like a production carb for a late 66 with a 300 or 350 HP engine. The date code of 634 would would indicate a production date of the 4th week of March, 1966.
