'65 exhaust clamps

Can someone tell me what the original finish/plating is for a '65 exhaust clamp? My '65 resto project has two original clamps, but they are covered with surface rust. I'd like to restore and reuse them, but I don't see anything in the JG to indicate the correct plating/natural finishes for these clamps.

They are as Joe described. I'll add that there is no way that you can restore these clamps to their exact original appearance. You can, of course, clean the rust off and, even, get them to a "shiny metal" appearance. However, that "shiny metal" appearance won't be how they originally looked. Besides, even after you clean them to whatever condition, they'll be rusty again in rather short order.

Thanks guys. I'll probably just media blast them and then hit them with some Prelube 6. That should hold them a bit longer than bare metal.

When the exhaust black out process was done in '65, I wonder if these clamps got some black out paint too?
