'66 original rear filler panel markings

Do original, factory installed rear filler panels have DT 40-1868 molded on the inside?

Where is the marking located?

I have similar markings on the front inner fenders of my '66, just in front of the tires. Using a flashlight, I can make out "DT40-1866" on the left inner panel and "DT40-1?65" on the right inner panel. I have no reason to believe they are not the original panels.

I have those markings on my '66 inner fenders, which are original.

I never did find the number on my rear valence, but assume it is there somewhere. If your inner fender numbers are the same as mine then I would draw the conclusion that these are factory part numbers.

Yes, I'm 95% certain that my rear valance has those numbers embossed on the inside.
