Brake Pedal Goes to Floor- 67

I saw the post below about the possible MC internal failure. On Sunday my brake pedal also went to the floor, but there was still a tiny bit of brake action left. I just redid everything in the system (body off resto) with new calipers and brass sleeved master cylinder by WhitePost and all new lines. I had the brakes pressure bled a month ago (silicone fluid) and havent touched the car since. Is it more likely that the brakes need to be rebled or that the cylinder went bad?

When White Post did my 66 MC there was a note enclosed not to use silicone fluid. Not sure why, might check with them.

Hello;
Common to rebleed w/ silicone.
Tiny air bubbles.
If you gravity bleed the the problem is less.
Double check line connections, silicone will seap if lines are not lubed w/ fluid on assembly.
If you find a leaking connection(if you find fluid on your fingeron the bottom of the connection) Loosen the fitting momentarily to allow some fluid to lubricate the flare and the threads and then retorque. Just because it's leaking does not indicate the entire flare and threads are lubricated.

White Post recently did my 65 MC and I had been using silicone for quite some time prior and after the rebuild - it's working fine. There was no notes concerning brake fluid when the unit was returned. Good luck
