I wouldn't think that'd be a rare item,

Any electrical or mechanical contractor that did any major work in that plant would have numerous copies of the same thing. Those things are continuously updated as changes are made.

It end up all by itself because you had responded to an older thread that went into archives. When the original thread went into archives your much later response remained on the active thread list. This sort of thing happens fairly regularly.

Yes, I see that now. So, I don't know why your response got "detached" from the original thread. However, I have seen this happen before even with responses to threads that are still on the active list. Just one of the "glitches" that often occur in cyber-world.
