    64 Exhaust hanger bolt ?

    Hi all,

Can someone please either tell me or show me the correct bolt head used for the 64 exhaust hangers?

    Thanks a bunch,

AIM list bolt as 122007 with flat washer 941927. I have a hex head without any letters on it, just 3 slash marks. Now these have been on/off/on so they may not be correct. Best I can do.

Craig - I agree with John on the WB headmark bolts. 66s and 67s many time have RSC bolts but earlier cars I've seen have the WBs. FYI, Long Island has repop WBs. Not original but not bad. Pete

I appologize fot that post Craig. Did it all backwards.
After I shut off the computer looked at the 64 AIM and on page D162 is the bolt called out in 4 places as pn 122007 - I have two styles so mine are wrong someplace and I expect they're all wrong. FYI Paragon lists a set of 8 (5998K)

Thanks for asking the question otherwise I would never have looked.

Alan - Thanks for the note on the Paragon part. I checked my Paragon catalog and it indicates the headmarking is "WB1C." Sometime ago I ordered the bolts from Long Island and the headmarking on the LICS bolts is "WB." I don't know which might be most "correct" or if in fact both aren't acceptable but if someone knows what the original headmark was, one can make the "better" choice. Pete
