Both my power steering cylinder and my idler arm are in great shape but I need the boots that protect the greased areas. Is there a supplier out there that sells just the rubber protective covers without having to buy a rebuild kit that I don't need?? Any ones help would realy be appriciated.

You picked two items that are difficult to find. I don't think that even Dr. Rebuild has these, but I'd check his catalog, anyway. As I recall, the idler arm seal was never even available from GM as a separate part. The power steering cylinder seal was once available as part of a kit and MAY have also been once available separately. As, I recall, neither the kit nor the separate seal, if it was ever available, are still available.
If you don't find it in Dr. Rebuild's catalog, I think I'd try Corvette Rubber. If they don't have it, I don't think you'll find them.In Appreciation of John Hinckley
