67 BB hood stripes - clarifiaction

Have all dimensions and have laid these out before, but quest. on termination of the thin stripes as they end at the hood surface closest the front.

Should they be "cut" at angle or squared at 90'? Have seen both and hoping everyone is not at Boston... have to spray this week. Used the angle in past but am thinking most orig are squared. Guide not clear on this.

My opinion: The stripes in the front are cut at a point, but buffing may make them less defined. The stripes at the outside of the bulge are cut at an angle that approximates the angle of the bulge.

Thanks Wayne. That's what I did last time, but am second guessing based on looking at some orig surv. cars last year and thinking that I was remembering them the other way.
