I thought someone had posted on how to clean white wall tires but I cannot find it. I do want to share with you guys my thoughts. This afternoon I wanted to get the yellow look of my BFG Goodrich repro white walls. I went into my cabinet and picked up a cleaner called "Super Cleaner" that is distributed by Super Cleaner out of St. Paul, MN and sold by Auto Zone as this is where I got this bottle. I simpy sprayed it own and watched the yellow disappear and hosed it off. It was great stuff. I bought it to clean up a chassis that had a lot of grease on it and it did not do the job there. It seemed to take of some of the white wall. I hope I don't get up in the morning and have four flat tires becasue this stuff ate up my tires. Good luck and I hope this helps someone.

Re: Cleaning white wall tires.
If it's Castrol "Super Clean", it's pretty strong stuff - it'll remove paint when used full-strength. I used it a couple of years ago to get the worst part of 36 years of road grime off the underbody of my '69 Z/28, followed by Simple Green and a good rinse.- Top
