    Will we be held to the #5 or #4 or #3 63-64 Corvette Technical Information Manual & Judging Guide for the NCRS Nationals? I have had a #5 Tech Info Manual & JD on order for some time and had my online order for #4 rejected within minutes of the first time I saw it advertized.Thanks!!!
