1957 seat installation

What is the proper sequence or procedure for installing the seats in a 1957 once the frames are installed. The seat backs are presently very loose especially at the top.

Re: 1957 seat installation - bottom seat, then

the back seat. Back has wire square loops that slip over the seat frame. Check to make sure they're going over the frame. If not bend out. If they are and too lose - they can be bent in. Gary....
