Front wheel bearing set-up

This is a non-corvette related question but I hope members with knowledge of the procedure would respond. I'm in the process of converting my Dad's 1956 Chevrolet Belair to power brakes with front discs (instead of the factory drums). The information I need is the proper set-up procedure for the bearings in front rotors. These rotors are the same as those found on 1969 Camaros, 1969-72 Chevelles and 1969-74 Novas. All of my information relates to corvettes of 1965-67 vintage. Is the set-up process the same for the model years of cars mentioned as it is for 1965-67 corvettes? Thanks for any input.
