68 oil pressure fitting bb....

    68 oil pressure fitting bb....

    Can anyone else tell me what type of fitting they found in their 68 big block that feeds the oil pressure line. Trying to determine if mine has been messed with. Mine looks like it is a brass reducer nipple with a nipple threaded into it that has the line attached to it (??). Thanks, Terry

      sounds like my '69 BB, near the oil filter

          Thanks! I have seen descriptions of an angle fitting but mine does not have anything like that. Mine looks original. Thanks again, Terry

              1968 had a unique fitting. '69 and up had a unique angle fitting but the '68 line went straight in.
