"221" on the one tab. figured is julian date. But no 7011 or other stampings either on back side of same tab nor on either side of other tab.
for another car ? service replacement booster ? or a "put together" booster ?

I think this is a julian date code (221st day of the year) I have seen what I believe to be original midyear boosters that had only a 3-digit daye code, and others that had only the 4-digit part number deriviative. I'm told that some original boosters have both.
