    C3 coil spring

I'm currently changing out the coil springs, I noticed that the ends of the new spring don't line up with the upper and lower control arms stops, I'm not sure how to correctly install the aftermarket spring whichs is a TRW.

    they don't line up

The stops in the frame and A arm are normaly an inch or so from the end of the springs. The spring ends are normally cut just about right in line (if you look down the barrel of the spring).

      Bob-----

How do the spring end position of the new springs compare to the springs you're replacing? The old springs may (or, may not) be worn out, but the spring ends should still be in the same position as when they were brand new and the folks at St. Louis installed them.
