I was reading through the service manual and it says to re-torque the body mounts. I've looked through several manual can not seem to find where they are located.

The body mount locations are shown in the illustration on page 1B-27 of the '69 Chassis Service Manual; don't bother - you'll probably just break the bolts or knock the cages loose. -

I agree with John on not bothering with them unless you have another reason, e.g. removing body for a frame-off resto. For your info, the mounting bolts are located as shown below. Original orque was 40-50 ft-lbs.
No. 1: Inside engine compartment at firewall and frame rail.
No. 2: In each footwell behind kick panel.
No. 3: In rear compartment at each end of rear bulkhead.
No. 4: In the back of each rear wheelwell.Comment
