    change to T.I. Ignition

I'm thinking to change out standard (but not #'s correct) point ignition system to #'s correct '67 T.I. Any suggestions on this? Approximate cost and things to watch out for? This will go into an L68 '67. As always, thanks in advance.

This is a pretty straight-forward, "bolt-on" conversion. You will require the following parts, though, all of which are GM-discontinued:

    TI distributor

    TI ignition coil

    TI amplifier

    TI auxilliary wiring harness

I have not provided part numbers since a variety of part numbers could be used to create a FUNCTIONAL system. If you're after strict originality, specific part numbers would apply. In any event, for a set of new/rebuilt components to create a FUNCTIONAL system, expect to pay about $1,000+.
