Quanta Frame Stencil Question

I recived my 65 Frame Stencil Kit to from Quanta and it came with two Frame Stencil's, one marked "Like Orginal" and the other marked "NCRS". Now what is that all about?????

I received a stencil kit from Quanta a few months ago, and it only had one stencil. So this must be something new. I would be interested in seeing what the differences are as well.

Yes, the "Like Orginal" has a Date of 12-12-64 as a 3rd line, the "NCRS" just has 2 lines, PN and Vin.

Here's a pic of my original stencil. Car was built on 5/18/65. You can see that the NCRS Manual is correct, as written, EXCEPT that mine is on the LEFT side. Manual has been updated.
The frame PULL DATE is written in grease pencil, and is generally the build date, or the day before, depending on how much the line worker has had to drink.
