C2 Fuel Pump?

I have a fuel pump with the inlet hole at 4 o'clock and outlet hole at 2 o'clock.The center section has no rounded ears,but is labeled AC Made In U.S.A.Its bottom is gray in color and rounded with 2 slotted pan head screws holding it in place with no AC logo.The top has the AC logo without a part number on the flange.What year and engine size does this fit?
