Part Identification

I have a brand new, still in the box antenna motor I'd like to completely identify. The tag on the outside of the box includes:

#22010460 DELCO W/L MOTOR PKG

The numbers on the unit itself read:

20132728
057-90
DELCO PRODUCTS

Can anyone tell me the manufacture date and the vehicles this will fit? THANK YOU!

GM #22010460 is NOT an antenna motor. It's a window regulator motor that's applicable to left side for 1978-82 Corvettes. It was discontinued in September, 1995 and replaced by GM #22032728. The manufacture date is the 57th day of 1990 or February 26, 1990.
