Roy & or Others......I came across three sales brochures for a 53, 54 & 55 Vette. I'm confident that the 53 & 54 are originals, but I'm betting the 55 is a reprint. Questions are: 1. Was there more than one design for each year's sales brochure? 2. If the 53 & 54 brochures are in fact original, do you have any idea what they may be worth? 3. If the 55 is a reprint, does it have much value? Thanks in advance Roy & others in the know for sharing your knowledge!!!

Which ones do you have? Several colors....several different ones for each year.
For 55, the more common is the green. VERY rare in original form is the orange.

I had the dates reversed,,, the 53 I believe is a reprint. It is business envelope in size before opening...orange/coral on the left with the then Corvette emblem in the center. The 54 is greyish tone with first black script then switches to Green script. Has a pic of the 54 viewing the drivers side with a man driving and the Chevrolet bowtie to the left. The back side has a green border with specifications. The 55 has green to the left with a pic of the 55 viewed from the front with a man & woman riding in it. The script to the left says 195hp Cherolet Corvette with a large white "V8" to center/left. Unable to do pics yet.Comment

I can't tell you for sure without seeing yours but I have an a couple of ORIGINAL 53s and they are business envelope in size....orange/coral on the left with the then Corvette emblem in the center.

Norm, I have a '53, it says "Hemmings Motor News" or "Old Cars Magazine" on the back cover, so it's definately a reprint. Probably a "giveaway" or promotion. I've had it quite a long time.

I also have a 53 as you describe however, It also has PRINTED IN U.S.A. on the front cover and the paper has a woven texture to it.
