1967 SB inner fender panel

I have been out of town for a month and was reading an earlier post where some 67 SB with C-60 had holes in the fenders for changing the right front spark plugs. My March 30 67 SB with C-60 does not have these holes. Are these factory or added by a flat rater? Thank you Dale

None on my original June, '67 SB car with C-60.

The post I was refering to is March 28, 2007 at 9:44 AM. One member told another member that he believed the holes in the inner fender panel to be stock. I remember witnessing the holes being drilled in the panel of a SB Chev. Monza in the 70's(right rear).
