C2 oil pressure gauge 427/400-60# or 70#?

Hey fellas...quick question...looking at a '67 400hp car..has 60# oil pressure gauge and 5800 redline tach..my '68 L71 has 70# op and 6500 redline tach...
are only solid lifter motors (435 hp) cars equipped with higher gauges?
