    67 s/b dipstick writing

Hi. I have two dipsticks for my 67, I am hoping someone can tell me which one is the most correct. Both have the identical writing on the blade, but one has two sets of double circles- one over the other, like a colon- btw ADD and FULL (ADD : : FULL) and the other has two single circles (ADD o o FULL). Any 67 experts know the answer?

    Much appreciated!
    thx, Brandon

Thanks Howard. I'm curious to see if others concur, or if there were two different versions for the year... possibly an early and a late?

Mine, which I believe to be original, has the two single circles.

Here's a photo of the dipstick from my April 67 327/300. Sorry for the poor lighting in the photo, but I think you can make out the details in question. Mine has two single circles. I believe this to be original to the car.

Brandon - Agree with the others. My 67, S/N 1476, base motor dipstick has the 2 "o" design. Pete

BTW - I always thought Dennis was the "Dipstick" but not on a 67 sb.
