Hi All,
Another 1965 question....
I started looking at restoring the shifter which came out of my 1965, but after cleaning it up and looking at whatever pictures I can find, I have my doubts that this is correct...
What came out of the car was/is a Hurst Competition Plus shifter. It has what looks to be a correct chrome shift handle and ball but for the life of me I can't see how that reverse lockout actually works, there is no connection from the shift handle (reverse lock out) to the shifter itself other than the two bolts which hold the two pieces together.
There is no part number either. Is this the correct part??
Thanks!
Joel
