Cleveland C3 Appraisal Needed

What do you have it insured for? I don't reaaly want to know but if you have it insured for a declared value that should be good enough for a tax man.

What kind of tax is Cleveland charging I thought I knew about all Ohio taxes what is this one?

A person whom was entrusted with working on my car allowed a lot of spray to get underneath the car an on to the frame, sparetire tub and wheel, mufflers... and wont pay for it to be removed and put back to the original condition it was in. He sprayed some por15 to try and fix part of it, but painted over the frame stencil. My tax man told me that he wanted to know the value before, and the value afterward. I just need somene who can come up with the amount of devaulation. After that I can get the underside cosmetic damage fixed.

Any ideas?

Maybe you could get an estimate to put the area back to the way it was and use that as your loss. I'm not a tax man so good luck.
