    Horn restoration supplies

I'm looking at the alarm horn on my 80, and thinking it would be very nice to be able to strip it down for a good clean and to por-15 the metal parts. I see that places like Zip do rebuild kits, with the rivets and gaskets, for up to 75, I think. But there doesn't seem to be anything available for 75 onwards. Paragon offer a rebuild SERVICE for up to 82, so someone must be providing the rivets and so on, for the later units.

Does anyone know where I might find these parts? To my eye, the alarm horn in my 80 looks very similar to the earlier versions, so I wonder what it is that makes these kits limited to 75 and back? All I really need are the rivets and gaskets, at a snip I could probably make the gaskets....

    Does anyone have any info?

    Thanks folks

        Thanks guys.
I did a search of the archives here last night and those were two contacts that came up.

Being in the UK (and preferring to do these things myself!) I'd like to buy parts, rather than the actual rebuilding service, so I'll see if any of the suggested contacts will provide parts alone. Hmmm, not sure about that one!

Does anyone know what is different about the later and earlier C3 horns, and why people only seem to offer rebuild kits up to 75 or 75?

        Cheers
