fuel pressure release valve

I have an '84. I am trying to be certain of the location of the fuel pressure valve. I see a schraeder valve with a red cap with an H on it. It appears to be on the fuel rail but I'm too much of a novice to know for sure. I'm replacing the fuel pump and fuel filter. I know I sound ignorant, but I'm a newby. I would appreciate anyone's help. Thanks.

The Schrader valve on the fuel rail is the pressure relief and pressure test point.
