69 BB Radiator Shroud Extension

Did my 1969 400HP BB with 4speed and AC come with the lower radiator shroud extension? Mine does not seem to ever have had one.

My 70 350/300 with factory air and big copper radiator has a extension or shroud piece that is at the bottom rear of the shroud. The retainer screws are removed from underneath. Like a lot of Corvette under the hood pieces they left the factory with are not replaced when removed. No telling how many ignition shields over the spark plugs and inside the distributor were not replaced by the technition/mechanic when a Corvette was serviced.
