    Any problem with using lithium grease to grease the front suspension of a midyear?

      No problem, at all. Most chassis lubricants are lithium-based. Make sure that you use one that is both "EP" (extreme pressure) rated and water resistant. I prefer GM #12377985 for general chassis lubrication and u-joint lubrication.
