59 corvette interior paint color

is 59 paint color for the interior, the same as the body paint? do they all use the same color, kick panel, center radio/heater console and the guage cluster housing? the color is frost blue for exterior, use same color chip for interior?

Hi Bob,

I'm stuck on the same matter having a late '59 Crown Sapphire/Turquoise car. I haven't seen a firm statement on this question and if a during the year running change was applied. My car was, when I bought the car, fitted with a body colored cockpit and body colored trunk (also the soft top compartment area was exterior colored. But I've had some contra dictionary statements on this so I'm curious of the consensus on this matter...

Same paint but not buffed so it will have less shine. Using modern paint you will have to flatten the paint for everything but exterior.
