    1962 Choke Cover

After a three year restoration of our 1962 340hp Corvette my brother and I are down to some very small details. We have owned this car since 1970. It has the original carb, that has been rebuilt several times, as for years the car was a daily driver. All date codes on the carb ect. are correct but the choke cover has a 4 on it and the judging manual says it is normally 170. What does normally mean? We don't remember changing the cover, but there is a lot we have forgotten since 1970. We have had the car judged once and lost points because it isn't a 170. This isn't a complaint. we are simply confused. If a normal cover is a 170, what other than 170 would also be correct. Or should the manual just say it is always a 170. If we need a 170, anyone know source?

    Thanks,
