1967 Owners Kit

I would like to hear from anyone that has an original '67 Owners Kit. My interst is with the Estes signature on the letter. Earlier kits I have bare a blue ink signatures. A '67 kit I've seen has the signature in black. I am aware of '67 kits with blue signatures but not black.

Can someone shed some light on a black '67 Owmners Kit letter signature?
