Is this someones 57 RPO684 Fuelie?

In attempting to learn more about Hansen Chevrolet I have had the opportunity to read hundreds of classified ads from the greated LA area. I came accross this one I though everyone would enjoy. Eric #3,182

      Eric--
As you probably know, the LA times required that you put the license number of the car in your classified ad (probably to increase their revenues). When I lived in San Diego in the early 90's, I spent time at the main library in their microfiche and found the ad for my 62 fuelie (sold in 1967). The problem I ran into is that there was a phone number, but no area code (pre-area code era) and I could take it no farther than that, because I couldn't find a reverse directory that went back that far.
It's interesting to see those old ads!
