    Alum. Intake Manifold 14044836 - ???

Probably asked this question eons ago. This intake manifold is more than likely an over-the-counter replacement. Found it in my house garage while cleaning and thying to make sense of stuff. Please help me identify exactly what it is and what small block it is for.
    Thanks as always.

Fron my sources it was an over the counter LT1 manifold from the 90's. I believe the last one GM made, but Joe should be able to verify or correct me.

      Kent and Terry-----

Yes, that's what it is. It's the "descendant" of the original 1970 LT-1 manifold, GM #3972114 (cast 3972110). It replaced the 3972114 in June, 1984 when that manifold was discontinued. It's, basically, identical to the 3972114 except for the fact that it has somewhat wider manifold-to-cylinder head mounting flanges and, of course, the different casting number.

It was discontinued from SERVICE in August, 1992.
