C2-1965 Kelsey Hayes knockoff wheel

I have looked everywhere and queried all the other forums with no success. I know this is not actually a technical question but I one of you guys might be able to help. I am looking for an original 1965 Kelsy Hayes knockoff wheel. I need one wheel only to complete my set of which I only have four of the five originals. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IMO, the wheel looks clean, but I question the small rim marks on the close-up.

But more important to us all, note the questions to seller --- there's a "Lucy" who is perplexed because of a similar item offered for sale. Apparently this is a sort of scam if followed through, and if anyone can explain how this works, I think we'd all be grateful. Usually this "Lucy" (or whoever) does this on many many eBay items.
