    427/390 Distributor

    Would someone please tell me what is the correct vacuum (number?)for a 66 427/390 hp distributor [1111141] Does anyone have any information on where I could get one? Are these still made today? Thanks for your help. Hector

      The correct vacuum control for your distributor is GM #1115355. It was discontinued quite a few years ago by GM. Paragon makes a reproduction of this vacuum control. Also, if you are not concerned about strict adherence to originality, you can obtain a replacement from GM under GM #88924983 or Delco #D1310C. The exact same control is available from NAPA dealers under NAPA #VC- 1765. Except for "stampings", the replacement vacuum controls are virtually identical to the originals.
