Teakwood wheels - knockoff wheels

In your (humble) opinions, who makes the best and most accurate reproduction teakwood steering wheels? Also, is there any difference in 64 and 65 knockoff wheels other than that the 65s are painted?

Rex,

Other than the paint between the fins, 64 and 65 knock offs are basically the same. The only other difference would be 64 and early 65 had ink stamped date codes and late 65 had date codes struck into the back of the wheel.

Can't help with the repro teak wheel, but I do recall some info in the archives.
