    Radiator baffle fasteners

    Mr Ernst,

You stated that the type of fasteners used to secure the radiator baffle to the lower nose panel depend on the year of car. I am working on a 58. Can you point me in the right direction?
    Thanks,
    Jim

    Jim--
61-62 is my area of expertise, and I'm pretty much a novice on 58's. I wouldn't want to try and bluff and possible mislead you.

Thanks for your candor...greatly appreciated. What are the fastners used on a 61-62? If I can't find a definate answer, I will strongly consider those fasteners. The assembly manual has a drawing that suggests the same fasteners (J-nuts and self tapping hex head screws) are used to secure the right fender extension flange.
