C2 sound deadener rubber fasteners...

Details...details...details....is there a better replacement available? This pic is comparing Paragons to the original on the left. Note...the originals are 1/8 larger in diameter and noticably pointier on the firewall side. The original has a M code on the face of the passenger side, while the replacement has a N. Is this a size indicator?

Try LIC... I purchased some and they were literally identical to originals

How long ago? I will give them a try and avoid the crabby Richard and order on-line or by fax... I bet these are standard fasteners being used in production somewhere. I hope I don't have to buy a package from every vendor to find something decent. I quess I am losing patience with the corvette vendors selling close but not quite right repackaged stuff.
