    1971 Corvette Parts

    I am looking for a dated Rochester #704125 carb for my 1971 LS-5, 4 speed coupe, March 5th,1971 build date as well as a dated #543 alternator. Does anyone have any source for these items. I have looked everywhere I can think of..Thanks1 Jim

      Jim, check with American Armature in Dallas for the alternator. Chuck and Cindy: americanarmature@sbcglobal.net

      Just sit on eBay or the Corvette Forum for one of those carburetors to show up. And scour swap meets like I do.

          There is a guy in McQueeny, Texas who specializes in OEM carbs. His name is Dave Smith. He isn't ceap, but he may be able to help with your search. His number is 830 560-1205. I know several people who bought carbs from him and they were happy with them.
