    Signal Stat flasher-'67 L79

I noticed the flasher in my '67 L79 (no A/C, no T.I., and no power accessories) is a Wagner piece. Is this correct? If not, what is the correct flasher unit for this model? Thanks for any information provided.

Joe - I wouldn't expect a Wagner flasher to be original equipment back in 1967. As far as I know, Tung-Sol and Signal-Stat were the only two suppliers and both supplied turn and hazard flashers. The 67 Tung-Sol hazard flasher was typically a 552, although we do find some 536s, and the turn signal flasher was the 323. Signal-Stat units were the 175 for the hazard flasher and the 145 for the turn signal. Hope this info helps. Pete
