Corvette Central advertises a "rebuilt original AC 4656" fuel pump for $115. Seems too cheap to me. I thought the market value for those pumps was considerably more money. Has anyone bought one? How do they judge?

Call them and ask. I bought one several years and it worked fine and went thru judgeing OK. -

Bought one last year from CC for my 62 which was judged at the St Louis regional. It has a 4656 stamp on the flange but the judges said it says made in Canada on it. I never saw the "made in canada" so it must be small. I admit I didn't inspect it closely other than to look for the 4656 stamp. It also does'nt have the casting flash that the judges were looking for. Bottom line is I did get some deduct but don't remember it being too much. Pump works great.Comment
