1967 corvette convertible info wanted

I'm in the process of trying to trace previous owners of a 1967 corvette I recently purchased that was last owned by Dennis W. Eppley of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. I've been unable to contact Mr. Eppley to discuss the car and its history so I'm hoping that some of the members may have information, or know someone who does, about this car.

The car is a '67 convertible, white top with hardtop, marina blue with black vinyl interior, 327/350 hp four speed, rallye wheels, off road exhaust and believed to have been purchased at Hallman Chevrolet in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. It was first titled in Pennsylvania in July of 1967 and seems to have remained in the Johnstown area all of its life.

A title search of Pennsylvania records is currently under way but has yet to yield any results. Does anyone have any information on this car? Please respond to Joe through this forum or directly via email. Thank you once again.

Maybe try AAA in Pennsylvania. My 67 is almost identical to yours except a 300 HP. Titled in Scranton, PA around July 18, 1967. VIN 22049, must be close to yours.

Made the transfer to my name in the Triple A office in Scranton in 68. Remember having to pencil rub the Vin from the tag on a piece of paper to verify the car VIN for them to make the transfer.

Maybe they still have the records for back then, if it was insured or transferred by them.
