70 Exhaust Diameter

I'm still waiting for my Judging Guide for a 70 and need to replace the exhaust on my 350/350 hp car. For a 350 hp, is it considered a hipo system and would I get the 2" starting at the manifold that transitions to the 2 1/2" the rest of the length? I'm thiking that's what I'll need but want to be sure.

The only small block with transition to 2 1/2" exhaust pipe at the manifold is the LT1; base and L46 (350/350) have 2" exhaust pipe.
