swap meet goodies need help to id them

1. distributor caps, #1 has delco-remy r patent 2769047, #2 has delco-remy patent pending. both caps appear new,no terminal arcing inside.
2. T.I. amp. with what appears to be a 7 L 16 ink stamp on the back date code?. is it possible to bench test the amp?
2. got the distributor as well with no bird band---the 2 wire lead is white---has the big block oil journal above the gear---can anyone shed any light on it?
3. coil "207" with the ti sticker on it---primary lead resistance checked out good---what year does it belong to or is it a service part?

#1 dist cap-service only, #2 Chevy Pass & Corvette (as well as Pontiac and Buick) OEM original thru at least '67.

#2 There was a restorer article in the 80's I believe by Keith Kibbe on how to test a TI amplifier with an ohmmeter.

#3. I believe the 207 was a service replacement only, this has been reviewed on the DB several times, search the archives, same for more info on Dist caps.
