so today i attempted to install the rear wiring harness on my 64 convertible and was immediately stymied on how to get the harness through the grommet. i was able to get the antenna cable through but the rear harness with all of its connectors at both ends would seem to me to make it impossible to get through the rubber grommet. does anyone have a suggestion?

remove grommet which was originally transected. then slip harness thru transection and pop the grommet/harness back into the hole in the bulkhead. mike -
