67 electrical problem

I removed my clock for repair and now my couretsy and glove box lights don't work. I checked the fuses on inner firewall near clutch pedal and they are all OK. Is there another fuse or breaker to check? Does the clock have to be connected in order for the light to work?

I suspect you disconnected the ground at the clock, try grounding the system, most of the circuits you have listed work on power to the socket, ground via the switch.

Walt -

Did you check both ends of the fuse for power? That's a full-time battery circuit, and should show power at all times. Have you checked the orange feeds at the courtesy lights and glove box lights for power? They're directly grounded through the birdcage, and don't depend on the clock for either power or ground.

Thanks to Bill and John for your help. I did recheck the fuses and found a bad one. Replaced it and everything is OK.
