63 HORNS

I am unable to access my judging guide this evening , could someone please tell me the dating "window" , i.e. how early prior to production horns may be dated for judging. Thanks!

6 months is generally the accepted rule

What I meant to write was that up to 6 months prior to the final assembly date is the generally accepted rule established ny NCRS. Hope others will either back me up or correct me regarding this statement.

Not sure about 63, but for what its worth, my E64 built on Nov. 14 1963 has 3H3 (Aug) & 3k3 (Oct) 63 (3rd wk). I just had them off last week repainting them and researched the same thing.
