I am unable to access my judging guide this evening , could someone please tell me the dating "window" , i.e. how early prior to production horns may be dated for judging. Thanks!

What I meant to write was that up to 6 months prior to the final assembly date is the generally accepted rule established ny NCRS. Hope others will either back me up or correct me regarding this statement.
