What is the correct color for the 66 emblem flag?

Jim,
The side fender emblems and front nose emblem were originally a deep red, almost maroon. The color did vary a bit, especially on emblems sold by GM years later. The last ten years that the 66 emblems were available, the color was often medium red or orange/red, which would be incorrect for 66. The original color for the emblems for 63-65 was orange/red.
